Marijuana in Maine: Where We Are and Where We're Going CLE

This program will provide a survey of Maine’s marijuana regulatory landscape, including an update on the status of the forthcoming adult-use marijuana regulations.  The panelists will draw on a wealth of experience in marijuana regulation and its implications for employers and employees.  Dan Walker, chair of Preti Flaherty’s Government Affairs Group, is one of Maine’s foremost marijuana policy and regulation experts.  Tawny Alvarez of Verrill Dana focuses her practice on labor and employment issues, with a particular emphasis on cutting-edge issues relating to marijuana use and the workplace.
