Erin Gerstenzang is a criminal defense attorney in Atlanta, Georgia. Her practice is focused on the defense of clients charged with DUI and other drug- and alcohol-related offenses. Early in her career, Erin discovered a passion for helping other attorneys improve their own practices and she became a regular lecturer on a variety of legal topics. In more recent years, her speaking engagements have focused on ethics and technology and she travels across the country teaching lawyers about how to integrate technology into the practice of law along with the ethical pitfalls of an online presence. Erin is a faculty member of the National College for DUI Defense and has been named as a Super Lawyer by Georgia Superlawyers. In 2015, she was selected by NACDL as one of the top ten speakers. Erin graduated from Emory University School of Law in 2004 (Atlanta, Georgia), and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, Cum Laude, in Political Science and Philosophy from Northeastern University in 2001 (Boston, MA).
